How much does a moving company cost? This is the most frequently asked question by our customers if they have never moved with a moving company. Of course, you would like to know exactly what costs you will incur before moving.

It’s a good thing that we at  Blitz Removals maintain  extremely  open and transparent communication. Therefore, we not only offer you the opportunity to use our flat-rate prices, but also offer a fixed price that you can discuss with us.

Moving forwarding – these are the costs

Moving with a moving company is another way to make your move go smoothly and with helping hands. As with all moves, the costs of a moving company can vary depending on the factors that matter.

Among other things, the distance, the extent of the goods to be moved, any additional services or even very individual requirements play a role.

It also depends on whether you are planning a move at home or abroad.  International moves can be correspondingly more expensive. It is best if you contact our employees directly so that your individual needs and requirements can be taken into account in our moving forwarding company’s cost calculation. This is how much your mini move can cost

A mini move is a smaller move where you either have a lot less belongings or are moving within a short distance, such as a few houses away. But our  mini move is like all other moves; the exact costs depend on various factors.

Here too, it depends on the distance, the amount of goods being moved, the services required and other individual requirements.

Additional services such as carrying heavy furniture, packing and unpacking items, or  assembling furniture may  incur additional costs. However, the costs are usually lower than for a large move, as mini moves often do not require large transport vehicles. This means you can rely on a cost-effective alternative to more extensive moves.

Moving helper costs – This is how we calculate our prices

At Blitz Removals we attach great importance to fair and transparent cost calculations . We would therefore like to give you a little insight into our calculations. We always expect two moving helpers for a small move.

The simple reason for this is that a single helper cannot carry all the pieces of furniture alone. At least two people are necessary to carry a sofa or even a washing machine. Of course, there are no upper limits and so we offer  even more moving helpers in our extended package deals.

Would you prefer to configure your move and the number of moving helpers yourself? That is also no problem. Simply use our form for a personal moving request. This means that it is no problem for us to put together a very personal offer for you at a fixed price. This means you benefit from an individual calculation.

Moving with moving companies – costs per hour

Customers prefer to calculate the costs of moving with a moving company like Blitz Umzüge directly in hours. Sure, this gives you an idea of ​​how much the move will cost.

However, we do not calculate our  prices  purely on an hourly basis , as this also includes other services that we offer in our packages. For example, depending on the region and scope of the move, we charge 275 euros for two moving helpers and two hours of moving time.

This is our cheapest package deal . Additional services such as packing and unpacking moving goods, assembling furniture or providing packaging materials may incur additional costs. But don’t worry, everything is in your own hands.

You only have to book and pay for what you really need. We do not force extra services on you where none are necessary. If you would like to know exactly, we would be happy to determine your individual costs in a  personal initial consultation  and make you a personal offer.

How much will your furniture transport cost?

Are you moving and need furniture transport ? Let us tell you that if you move and arrange everything yourself apart from the transport, you will save money. Because transporting furniture alone is of course cheaper than moving the whole thing.

However, what exactly it costs depends on various factors. What matters most is the size of the van you order from us. A smaller van with less cubic meter capacity is cheaper than a larger one.

A price of around 80 and 150 euros per cubic meter can be roughly calculated. The distance you want to travel between your old and new apartment also determines the price.
